Sports Jam offers your child a great chance to try new sports, games and activities, learn new sports skills and meet new friends! Sports featured at Sports Jam includes: Basketball, Soccer, Hockey, Touch, Rugby, Cricket, Rock/Wall Climb, Softball, Golf, Croquet, Bowls, Petanque, Netball, Dodgeball, Ti Uru, Volleyball, plus heaps more… Sports Jam is jam packed with sports!!!! Kids will be able to have a go at all activities on offer. Sports Jam offers great coaching with sports skills adapted to suit all skill levels and abilities. Sports Jam is suited to primary and intermediate school children, aged 7 or older. ~ Price listed is per day, per child. Register for as many days as you want. ~ No programme offered on public holidays. WHAT YOUR CHILD WILL NEED TO BRING Carry bag, sun hat, sunscreen, drink bottle, lunch (full day), any special food or personal medication, wind jacket, common sports shoes/trainers. HOW TO BOOK 1) Select the first date you wish to book your child/children in for 2) Add to Cart (or if only booking for 1 day, you can go straight to Checkout) 3) Go back to booking service, and select next date you wish to book 4) Add to Cart and repeat steps 3 & 4 until all dates are in your cart 5) Go to Checkout and complete your booking. PAYMENT OPTIONS 1) Pay the full amount online when booking 2) Pay in cash when you check in at the beginning of each session 3) Bank Transfer (at least 24 hours prior to session) to: - Account Name: Sports Jam - Account Number: 01 0731 0232606 00 - Ref: Child's Name & Programme Dates

- I wish my child to attend the Sports Jam, School Holiday Programme and understand that the staff will take all reasonable care. - I accept that my child is subject to the rules of the program. - I authorise the Program Director / Supervisor to obtain medical attention as required at my expense - I understand the Program Director reserves the right to modify the program and sporting activities provided, as and when required, without notice. - I agree to pay the advertised price for each session either online or in person before the start of each session. - I understand that no refunds will be given (unless in extenuating circumstances, which will be at the discretion of the Sports Jam Director) - Privacy Statement: Information is collected in accordance with Principle 3 (Privacy Act 1993).
